A structured evaluation process aimed at reviewing and validating the portfolios of candidates pursuing the Senior Youth Leader and Master Guide designations. This assessment ensures that each participant has successfully demonstrated the required competencies, leadership experience, and ministry engagement in alignment with established Adventist Youth Ministries standards. It serves as a final step toward certification and commissioning for active service.
